  • Senior Product Manager - Boulder, CO or SF Bay Area

    We're looking for an experienced, rockstar Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor at a company with great products, a recognized leader in its market, and tons of untapped opportunity. We need someone who can jump in and take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap and requirements, while helping balance and prioritize R&D investments to maximize market potential and enable our go-to-market strategy.

    What You Get To Do Everyday
    • Work with senior management to develop, refine and execute the product strategy and roadmap
    • Develop and communicate a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape, key trends, and evolving customer needs
    • Engage with customers, partners, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to shape and define a comprehensive view of current and future product needs and vision
    • Drive prioritization and communication of R&D investments that balance product deliverables and resources with business needs and market opportunities
    • Clearly understand, define and articulate market and product requirements
    • Act as liaison between customers, partners and other stakeholders to solicit feedback, understand requirements and communicate product features and benefits
    • Develop product positioning, features / benefits and competitive differentiation materials
    • Manage product launches, liaising with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
    • Work closely with Engineering and QA to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered
    • Serve as key product expert and evangelist, both internally and externally

    What You Bring To The Role
    • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
    • Minimun 5-8 years experience in a product management role, preferably in enterprise software or services
    • SaaS / cloud product experience; preferably in the security market
    • Demonstrated, proven ability to take new products from concept through launch
    • Exceptional strategic thinking, with a strong ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
    • Ability to understand complex technologies, identify and analyze new opportunities, effectively prioritize and make trade-offs among competing opportunities balancing customer needs with business priorities, and define and articulate rationale behind decisions
    • Strong 'executive' presence and able to quickly build credibility and confidence with customers, partners, and cross-functionally across senior management and other stakeholders
