Access Management

Access & Policy Management

Symplified includes an administrative portal to manage cloud, SaaS and mobile application access privileges and and also records access activity for audit and compliance. Architected to enforce access policies at the network level, it eliminates plug-ins and tool kits for a clean, scalable infrastructure with all the strengths of enterprise-class software without the weight and expense of legacy software solutions.

Secure Single Sign-On & Federation

Symplified supports a wide range of single sign-on integration options which allow you to easily configure and manage all your applications, both in the cloud and behind the firewall.

Symplified can support thousands of applications using both SAML (1.1 and 2.0) as well as its own proprietary HTTP Federation technology that transparently federates with Web-based applications, including custom developed applications. By expanding single sign-on beyond SAML using its proprietary HTTP Federation, Symplified supports almost any Web application. And HTTP Federation doesn’t require either party to change their infrastructure or applications so that organizations that have not yet adopted SAML can be easily added for single sign-on.

You don’t need to worry about whether your application supports these features as Symplified does all the work. Just select the application you want to enable for single sign-on, configure your options and deploy it to your users.

Symplified’s SSO feature also supports password vaulting, which holds the encrypted password data for secure log on to applications.

By expanding SSO beyond SAML, Symplified supports almost any web app, and with multiple options for using your existing portal or our next generation cloud desktop portal, delivering seamless access to cloud, internal, and mobile web apps to the employees, partners, and customers.

Mobile Identity Management

Symplified Identity and Access Management solution extends to mobile devices, ensuring IT and users get the same level of security that they get from their desktops or laptops. Unify identity and access management by aggregating user stores for mobile users that are in multiple directories.  Extend SSO to mobile applications using a common identity across all native mobile applications and enable visibility into what mobile users are doing with the browser. Symplified integrates with leading Mobile Device Management solutions to ensure users remain productive while on the road and IT can extend access management outside the firewall.

Strong Authentication

Whether it’s mandated by industry compliance regulations or a result of additional security concerns, multi-factor authentication addresses the business need for more than a simple password. Symplified offers Strong Authentication integration with several leading vendors. This integration allows layering an additional level of security for specific applications within the company’s ecosystem and effectively “step up” user authentication requirements. This second identity factor takes the form of a one-time password delivered to a mobile phone (either via a native application or SMS), to the desktop (via a toolbar widget), or to a company-issued hardware token. Symplified makes it easy to leverage the best Strong Authentication vendors and practices to protect your users and applications.
