Olden led Securant's technology strategy and co-authored AuthXML with Darren Platt and negotiated its combination with Netegrity's S2ML to create Oasis' SAML standard. As CMO, Olden managed relations with analysts and press and was responsible for establishing ClearTrust's reputation as technology leader in the market. Olden was responsible for field marketing and rapidly built a marketing pipeline on a shoestring budget. Eric was instrumental in the M&A process with RSA, ensuring a smooth closing of the acquisition. |

In 2002, Darren joined Ping Identity as one of its 1st 3 employees leading Ping's technology strategy and its transition into enterprise software. At Ping, Darren was given product, development and team management responsibility for Ping's conformance services and led the entire lifecycle of Ping's SOA security product, PingTrust. |

Corbisiero brings over twenty-five years of proven Sales and Executive Management experience to Symplified. At AmberPoint he built out the world wide sales organization and grew revenues from inception to their dominate industry leadership position. This success led to the recent sale of the company to Oracle. During his tenure at AmberPoint, his success enabled the company to secure multiple strategic rounds of funding for over $50M. Prior to AmberPoint, he established the Rocky Mountain and North American Telecommunication’s field sales teams at both Forte and iPlanet. The revenue growth achieved at Forte led to the purchase of Forte by SUN for over $235M in 2000.
Corbisiero holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a member of the Irish Angles providing mentoring and assistance to student start-up opportunities.

At Symplified, Forman is responsible for the day-to-day success and satisfaction of our customers. Forman manages Symplified's first-class support and services, technical operations and professional services. Josh is Symplified's primary resource providing customers with executive advocacy. Josh is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara and received his masters from Regis University. Josh is also a Director of a Boulder based non-profit and represents Symplified on the board of the Entrepreneur’s Foundation of Colorado. |

Merrick joins Symplified from Air Tight Networks, a vendor of wireless vulnerability management solutions, where he was vice president of worldwide technical sales and managed strategic partner relationships with Extreme Networks, 3COM, Siemens and Trustwave. Previously he held senior technical services management positions at Teros, a vendor of web application firewalls acquired by Citrix. With identity management pioneer Securant Technologies, Merrick helped grow the start-ups’ customer base to more than 300 enterprises worldwide in less than 2 years until the company’s acquisition by RSA Security. Merrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. |
