Seamlessly & Securely Connecting
Users to Applications

Automate, Unify and Centralize the Provisioning Process with Symplified.

The rise of BYOD in the workplace has brought an increase in the use of enterprise applications. By 2017, Gartner predicts that 25 percent of enterprises will have an enterprise app store. App users have identities across these multiple applications each requiring separate maintenance including access and policy control, user setup, provisioning and de-provisioning.  IT needs a central point of control for managing all these user identities.

Gartner also predicts that the identity and access management (IAM) market will eventually unify user provisioning, identity and access as solutions converge toward automation and ease of use for the user. Data loss prevention (DLP) concerns can also be solved with a greater focus on security and tighter controls on access.

Symplified solves these challenges and more by providing the identity bridge between your business’s most critical business applications, so IT has one place to provision and de-provision users.  This removes the need to replicate sensitive user information, consolidate existing user directories or to install software or agents. Centralized provisioning eases the burden of creating and managing user accounts across multiple cloud applications and reduces the time required to maintain user data across multiple apps.

Features & Benefits

Single Sign-On is Easy and SecureSingle Sign-On to all applications for quick and easy access, from any device or location. Easy, secure login for employees, contractors and partners. One unified login saves users time and headaches while IT staff save resources, improving productivity for all.

Connect Any User Directory – Symplified connects to virtually any user directory allowing authentication and authorization access to applications by employees, partners and contractors without the need to replicate sensitive user information, consolidate existing user directories or to install software or agents.

Smart User Management – Automatically provision new users or de-provision former users from one identity directory. Account changes will synchronize from directories such as Active Directory, Workday and LDAP, allowing you to automatically propagate these changes to other popular applications including: Google Apps, Box, Egnyte, Salesforce.com, Dropbox, and NetSuite. This means that based on each user’s Active Directory settings, an account can be automatically created and maintained in any or all of these applications.  In addition, Symplified has full support for Just In Time (JIT) provisioning for applications that support provisioning users at the time of login.  You may want to provision users to custom applications or to less common SaaS applications.  In these cases, using our extensible provisioning framework, Symplified will partner with you to create a custom provisioning connector for your business.

No Side Door Access with Improved Security – Reduce security risks associated with side-door access to applications, uncontrolled access to sensitive user data and unsecured de-provisioning practices.

Increase Visibility with Auditing & Compliance – Gain visibility into user behavior through a detailed log of all user activity. Achieve compliance with standard reports, custom reports or other log management tools. In addition to seeing which users are logging in or out of an application, Symplified enables you to see what users are actually doing within the application.

Preventing the Threat of Side-Door Access

This webcast examines how Symplified’s solution prevents side-door access, and is based on a newly released White Paper. When users bypass an organization’s single sign-on solution, it can create numerous compliance challenges for IT. This webcast demonstrates the negative impacts of side-door access on an organization, including the inabilities to accurately report on application usage and the failure to meet audit and compliance requirements. It also explores the problem of data loss security breaches that are a result of users directly accessing 3rd-party applications.
