Shayne is the President & CEO of Symplified and has served as a board observer since 2009 and as a member of the board of directors since July 2012. Prior to joining Symplified, Shayne was SVP and GM of Quest Software’s User Workspace and Performance Management business units. He previously served as the managing director of Quest’s Corporate Development team where he led mergers & acquisitions, corporate venture investing, corporate strategy and business development. Prior to joining Quest, Shayne held various lead and management positions at both DataSynapse, Inc. and BMC Software. Currently Shayne serves as a member of the board of directors at JAMF Software, a best-of-breed Mac and iOS management company. He is also an honorary member of Galvanize, a Denver-based organization that creates an ecosystem for entrepreneurship through venture capital, community and curriculum. Shayne holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
