Brian Czarny

Brian Czarny is a veteran product management and marketing executive who has helped build and grow several leading cloud security vendors, and spearheaded the go-to-market strategy for one of the industry’s first security as a service providers. As vice president of marketing at Symplified, Brian is responsible for all corporate, brand, and product-related marketing activities and product management. Brian joined Symplified from Webroot, a leading global provider of security solutions for business, consumer and mobile users. At Webroot he served as vice president of product management and vice president of solutions marketing, playing a key role in Webroot’s successful transition from on-premise security solutions to cloud-based services. Previously, Brian was vice president of marketing for Code Green Networks, a leading provider of data-loss prevention solutions for SMBs. Before that he was vice president of product management and marketing for cloud security pioneer MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec in December 2009). Brian is a recognized security industry commentator who has been quoted in major business, technology, broadcast, and social media outlets around the world. Brian holds a BA in Journalism from Penn State University.
